At Vantage Comics, we take pride in the quality of our books, apparel, art prints, and merchandise. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Signed or limited-edition items
- Original artwork
- Digital products or downloads
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Apparel Exchanges
For apparel, we offer size exchanges when available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Vantage Comics is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Kickstarter Orders
All Kickstarter-backed items follow the terms outlined in the campaign. Due to the nature of crowdfunding, refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun, except in cases of damage or fulfillment errors.
